EARLY BIRD.

Hello sunshine.

Hello coffee.

Hello university.

Hello exchange year.

Welcome back early morning hours and late study nights.

My first classes at the Hogeschool van Amsterdam were Social Media, Internet Marketing & Political Economics in Latin America. Classes are much different than my home uni the ZHAW in Switzerland. Classes are super small, everything is interactive and it's encouraged to get into discussion with the lectures. The final grades of the subjects are always divided in two parts, half of the grade is reached by research papers, the other half by writing an exams, which mostly consist of multiple choice questions.

Only problem encountered so far is that the classes are planned for 3rd and 4th year students.

It's only my 2nd year.

Challenge accepted.

arrived at my new home city after a 12 hour train ride.

the sun was shining at the Amsterdam main station.

the welcome couldn't have been warmer.
here are the first impressions of the lovely city of the canals.
